Our services are intended for professional and business purposes. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

All payments are processed through Stripe, our secure payment processor. Payment terms and conditions are subject to Stripe’s terms of service and privacy policy.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it before the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, but we do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.

5. Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with our services, simply cancel your subscription within 14 days, and we’ll issue a full refund for you.

To request a refund under our money-back guarantee, please contact us through our Help Center with your account details and reason for the refund request. Once approved, we will process your refund through the original payment method used for the purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

Our services and all content, features, and functionality provided through them (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software) are owned by Tiwibs, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of our materials without our prior written consent.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. If you believe your intellectual property rights have been violated, please contact us through our Help Center.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Tiwibs, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• •Any conduct or content of any third party on our services
• •Any content obtained from our services
• •Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Tiwibs makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation of our services or the information, content, or materials included on our services.

We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that the results obtained from using our services will be accurate or reliable, or that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained through our services will meet your expectations.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tiwibs, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using our services or contact us to request account deletion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tiwibs is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our website or sending you an email. Your continued use of our services after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment and agreement to the modified Terms.
